Full home inspection consist of inspecting everything outside and inside the home. We inspect old homes and new construction. If you have any question please call.

One year warranty

Every new home should be inspected before the one year mark. These items on the report are given to the builder as a list of item that you can request for repair. After that one year is up, they won't do anything to help.

Four Point/ Wind Mitigation

For most homes with a mortgage, insurance companies require and request four point reports. This is a non invasive inspection of the Exterior, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC.

Wind Mitigation's are good for 5 years. they cover the roofing system, window and door.
